COVID-19 PANDEMIC POLICY

The health and safety of our employees, partners and clients is our highest priority.

The coronavirus known as COVID-19 has been impacting business engagements and people around the globe. In light of this, we have developed and implemented working protocols to minimize the impact on our work as it relates to health of colleagues, business continuity and the delivery of services to our clients.

How are we minimizing impact on health and safety?

We are following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the dictates of County and State government, as well as the specific guidance requested by our clients and partners.
If any PASE employee is known to have been in contact with an individual who has or is suspected of having COVID-19, they will self-quarantine and individuals in recent contact will be notified.
Onsite presence of PASE employees has been restricted unless specifically requested by the owner for essential work and can be done in a safe manner.
Domestic flight travel has been restricted to essential travel only. International flight travel has been completely restricted.
Visitors to PASE offices have been restricted to essential business. Visitors are being asked to provide relevant information on recent travel and contact.

PASE has made a practice of investing in tools, infrastructure and technology to allow employees to effectively work remote. As of 12:01am Tuesday March 17, six counties within the San Francisco Bay Area have issued a “Shelter in Place” Legal Order for all residents. We are supporting our employees in their compliance with this order by providing Work From Home (WFH) technology and support, allowing for their continued support of our clients and projects. We do not see any impact to meeting our commitments to our partners and clients or to the service we provide.

We are continuously monitoring the global situation and will adjust our plans as needed to continue providing a healthy and safe working environment as well as to continue providing our great service to our partners and clients.
