At PASE, we firmly believe in the power of volunteering and its ability to create positive change in the world. We are committed to making a difference in our communities, and we actively encourage and support our employees to engage in volunteer activities.
Our tenets for supporting charities and organizations for good are:

Girls on the Run (GOTR) is a charity that is much more than running.
Girls on the Run reaches girls at a critical stage, strengthening their confidence at a time when society begins to tell them they can’t. Underscoring the important connection between physical and emotional health, our program address the whole girl when she needs it the most.
We strongly support and encourage the philosophy of this organization. Furthermore, it reinforces our existing relationship with Shelley, our Accounting Assistant, who initially introduced us to GOTR as she has been a volunteer and member of the GOTR board.
When asked the rationale of waking up at 5AM and sacrificing a Saturday morning, Robert H., office manager, inspires the future volunteers:
Recalling the youth events that we participated in, realize that they would not have existed without adult volunteers giving their time without compensation. This is our way of paying it forward, and making a long-lasting memorable impression on the youth.
On May 13, 2023, volunteers Dinesha, Rick, Bishal, Nino, Drew, Loc, Rumina, Rob, and Robert C came to support the runners with great enthusiasm. More than 1500 runners participated as PASE volunteers handed out the medals and tabled. Bishal, after handing out hundreds of medals to the finishers, remarks:
The event was well organized. Imagine a vibrant blend of music, laughter, and sheer exhilaration. It was an amazing experience for me to be a part of GOTR, and looking forward to volunteering in the upcoming years as well.
