Professional Experience

Mr. Wells is a professional Structural Engineer with 15 years of structural design experience in data centers and other Mission Critical facilities, ranging from data center build-outs in existing buildings to complete design and coordination of new data center complexes.

Mr. Wells specializes in the design and coordination of extensive power and IT infrastructures between disciplines in order to bring the client’s idea to paper. He emphasizes in his coordination the need to realize the impact that small decisions can make on the overall project. During his coordination, he works with the other designers to understand their design and utility routing in order to design the structural framing and foundation systems to support and minimize conflicts between structure and infrastructure.

Mr. Wells has gained a reputation for his ability to work effectively with Contractors, resolving constructability issues, determining solutions to field conditions and responding to Design Team inquiries in an expedient and efficient manner.
