Professional Experience 

Mr. Kimball is a project manager who brings a proactive, personable experience to each project and design team he works with. Since starting at Peoples Associates over 16 years ago, he has designed many different projects for a wide variety of clients throughout the Bay Area.

Mr. Kimball’s project experience ranges from small infill developments comprised of wood structures on concrete podiums to five story multi-family housing projects with more than 350 apartments. In addition to wood framing expertise, he has worked on numerous mixed-use podiums and multi-story concrete structures. Mr. Kimball utilizes state of the art design software to create designs for these structures as efficiently as possible.

Mr. Kimball’s attention to detail has been honed from the depth and variety of projects he has worked on. He holds a deep understanding of the many structural design options available for each project. During his career, he has learned the importance of how nonstructural elements, such as mechanical ducting and exterior building maintenance structures, impact the design of a project. By bringing this depth of understanding to his projects, he assists the Design Team in delivering an efficient, well-coordinated structure.
