This project consisted of the construction of seven three and four-story Apartment Buildings bearing on single-level Parking Structure constructed among 30 other buildings in the existing Apartment Complex. The seven Apartment Buildings will provide a total of 124 apartment units and enclose 183,000 square feet of space.  The seven Parking Structures will provide parking for 147 cars and enclose a total of 50,000 square feet of space. Peoples Associates designed the Apartment Buildings and the Parking Structures on this project.
