This project consisted of constructing a three story residential building on a parking structure.  The residential building is a three-story structure that is rectangular in plan, and includes an open-air central courtyard.  The building encloses approximately 117,000 square feet of living space and provides 68 for-sale units.  The parking structure is a 51,000 square foot, single-level, partially subterranean structure below the residential building that will provide parking for the units above.  Peoples Associates designed the residential buildings, while the parking structure was designed by a Specialty Engineer.
