As the first phase of a planned 69 MW campus, CA-21 is a four-story 21 MW critical IT facility located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Cooling is provided by an efficient chilled water loop fed by chillers located on a dunnage level above the building roof. An exterior yard houses 17 backup generators supported at grade and on a steel structure to make efficient use of space.

The project was delivered on an accelerated schedule to meet tenant move in dates. Design, start to turn over, was approximately 14 months.
